Complaint Policy
The Board reviewed a revised general complaint policy developed through the policy committee. The policy encourages concerns to be resolved at the lowest appropriate level while allowing complaints to be elevated to the district office at any point. The revised draft includes a 20-business-day provision and applies to general complaints; bullying, harassment, cyberbullying, and Title IX matters remain governed by separate district policies. Public feedback will be accepted during the review period.

The Wasatch County School District Board of Education has the unique authority and responsibility for policy development. The policies on this site have been reviewed by the board in an open, public meeting and are pending approval until the next board meeting unless otherwise noted.
