All students must complete the Graduation Tracker form online before April 1st .
This includes post-high school plans, intention to walk at graduation, and parent names to be read during the ceremony.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- What if I don’t know my plans for next year?
- That’s fine. We don’t read this information at graduation or print it anywhere. It’s just for the counselors to keep track of the awesome things you are doing.
- I have a complicated parent situation. How do I put their names in?
- Again, this is up to you, but we can help you navigate this. Ask your parents how they want their names read. Generally, you would put the parent you live with most often first, then any other biological or step-parents after, but this can be changed as needed.
- Example of divorced parents: Marie Bright and Kyle and Denise Jeffery
- Please feel free to contact me in room 214 or at kasie.payne@wasatch.edu to help with your specific situation

Graduation Tracker will lock April 1st
1. Log into SWARM
- All current students, no matter what, have access (even if you’ve never logged in).
- To access this from home, log into SIS first, then at the upper right corner click on “Links” and then “SWARM Home Access.”
- If the window won’t load: log out and try again. If it still doesn’t work, try accessing SWARM from WHS campus.
2. Click on “Graduation” in the black column on the left hand side under “View Labs” and “My Schedule”
- Only Seniors have access to this link. If you don’t see it, log out and log back in.
- Fill out every field and click submit.
- A small green banner will show at the top of the page that your information was updated
- That’s it!
- Students can log back in to make changes until we lock the software (which will happen April 1st)
