$40 late registration fee - After November 14th
Exams ordered between November 15 and March 15 for full-year courses incur a late order fee in addition to the exam fee. This fee doesn’t apply to exams for courses that start after November 15 and exams for students that transfer into the school.
$40 unused/canceled exam exam fee
If you decide after the November ordering deadline not to take an exam that was ordered for you, the charge is $40 per exam instead of the full exam fee. The $40 fee applies to any unused or canceled exam, including an exam ordered for a student who qualifies for a College Board fee reduction. It’s important to tell your AP coordinator if you decide not to take an exam.
This fee doesn’t apply if you transfer out of a school.
Please pay the financial office for each test and for any fees that you incur.
AP Test dates are set by CollegeBoard. Generally, students should take their tests the according to the regular schedule.
If circumstances arise that make it impossible to test on the regular day, a student can elect to take their test on a late testing day. A late test fee may be applicable depending on the reason for electing to take the test late. School activities, sports, and conflicts with other exams are examples of reasons to take late exams that will not result in a late fee. You can view the late testing schedule here.
